Samantha Hilsenrod is an aspiring public relations and communications professional, who is currently enrolled at historic Tulane University of New Orleans, Louisiana. The Bourbon Cowboy is especially popular with out-of-towners during Mardi Gras and the annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, and Ms. Hilsenrod’s invaluable experience and talents in managing people and crowd control are instrumental on such occasions. Samantha Hilsenrod is anticipating graduation in May 2012, when she will anticipates receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Spanish.
