Keith Virnoche and The Virnoche Group have provided exceptional financial advisory services at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. since 1984. Keith Virnoche currently serves as Principal Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Certified Financial Planner for The Virnoche Group and holds the title of Senior Vice President - Investments at Merrill Lynch. He is also a past co-chair of Merrill Lynch's Personal Investment Advisory Council to Management, having held this role from 2004 to 2006.

In 1974, Keith Virnoche earned his BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He went on to pursue his MBA from the University of Evansville in Indiana, graduating in 1975. Keith Virnoche later earned his MS in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University in 2006. Virnoche is also CFP certified, a designation granted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which helps to ensure the quality of services provided by financial advisors. He maintains the additional title of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.

From 1995 to 2006, Keith Virnoche served as a board member of Mills-Peninsula Health Services in Burlingame, California, which is an affiliate of Sutter Health, a not-for-profit health system based in Sacramento, California. He was also Board Chair from 2005 to 2006. In addition to being a board member, Virnoche also served on the hospital’s finance, quality, and building committees. During his time as Chairman, the company began developing the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, which opened in the spring of 2011. Virnoche continues to support the hospital through his involvement with the Mills-Peninsula Hospital Foundation.
