Edward Miley, Esq., commands more than 15 years experience as a practicing attorney, much of it spent working at the Las Vegas’ Miley Law Firm. Edward Miley and his legal staff serve clients seeking compensation and/or arbitration in a range of areas of litigation, including cases of divorce, child support, personal injury, drug crimes, and corporate law.
Over the years, attorney Edward Miley and his team have represented a number of corporate clients, among them Powerhouse Gym, the Can Can Room, and Club Diamond, Inc. The Miley Law Firm offers depth of knowledge and experience, comprehensive understanding of state and federal laws, dedication to achieving clients’ objectives, and access to numerous expert witnesses. Litigation cases comprise approximately 90 percent of the work conducted by Edward Miley and his colleague at Miley Law Firm, Patricia Ross. Their expertise lies in such practice areas as family law, business and commercial law, and criminal law.
Outside of the office, Edward Miley engages in a range of activities related to the legal field. Currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Miley has also lectured at the College of Southern Nevada. Holding licenses to practice in Nevada, California, and Texas, he sits on several administrative and fact-finding boards and committees for the State Bar of Nevada. Edward Miley additionally maintains membership with such professional organizations as the National College for DUI Defense, the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and the American Bar Association.
