Bryan Rub

student of finance as well as an accomplished athlete and humanitarian, Bryan Rub began at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in the fall semester of 2011. Before he enrolled at the institution, Bryan Rub attended Hillel Community Day School in Miami Beach, Florida.

As a high school student, Bryan Rub balanced coursework with a busy schedule of playing sports and volunteering. He played on three varsity teams and garnered a host of recognitions, among them the National Gold Medal in tennis at the National JCC (Jewish Community Centers) Maccabi Games as well as Most Improved Player and 4th Place in the state tournament for soccer. Bryan Rub also proved a valuable member of the varsity football team as a captain and top performer. He received mention in the Miami Herald in addition to 3rd Place in the NFL Flag Football World Championship in New Orleans, Louisiana. In his last season, Bryan Rub sustained an average of 5.1 points, 5.3 tackles, and 13.58 yards per catch per game.

Outside of athletic involvement, Bryan Rub offered his energy to numerous other pursuits. He acted as a summer lifeguard, supervising 1,500 youths, and accumulated more than 40 hours volunteering to raise money for the Miami Jewish Federation. Additionally, he coached children with special needs in football and soccer. Today, Bryan Rub pursues a double major in finance and entrepreneurship as well as a minor in Spanish. To prepare for his studies, Rub recently completed an internship with Gulf Group Holding, where he assisted the firm in investments research.
