Organizers of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award commended Ajit Nair for building two information technology firms, ProV International and his previous company, Aces International. Mr. Nair sold Aces International in 2003 before relocating to Tampa and dedicating himself to ProV International. In the two years prior to his semifinal placement, Mr. Nair led ProV International through a 500 percent growth spurt and the recruitment of big-name clients around the globe, including multiple Fortune 500 companies.
